It is helpful for me to get a layout visual which I sometimes print out and pin up while developing the layout for site modules/content. Using the default Joomla ?tp=1 is not always a very good visual and by default I block this anyway via Admin Tools.
So I like to use a bootstrap relative grid. Could you please confirm that this is accurate and if so, maybe it will be useful to others. If not let me know and I will update it accordingly. This is for the web view. tablet and mobile view would be the next steps.
Hey Paul,

Yep, that is correct but really tp=1 should be more user friendly for you

It's easy since you can just quickly see the list of positions available Once you are done with tweaking your template, just turn it off

Depends upon your work flow and perhaps how you think. Left brain/right brain stuff...

OK I see that I missed something Footer-2, and also now that I've installed the template I see a Position-9 but when I publish a module there, it does not display. It also does not display here: http://elegant.stackideas.com/index.php?tp=1

Could you explain this position?

Hey Paul,

Hm, there's actually no position-9. Where are you seeing this?

I'm seeing it in the Joomla admin>modules. When you choose a module position under Elegant there is a position 9. It is in the templateDetails.xml

Hey Mark, shouldn't position 7 collapse if there is nothing published to it?

Mark, will this be soon? I'm also having problems with the bootstrap menu. On your demo it is working but it is blank in my install when I click on it.

Hi Paul,

Can you share with us a link to your website so that we can inspect the issue further?

Please advice.
