Hi... Is there a way you guys can create something to help users bookmark our website easily so that they can create a mobile shortcut on their devices? I'm noticing a lot of people don't know anything about bookmarking websites and creating a mobile shortcut for their devices. And those that do love them because it reminds them of an app.
Hi Antonio,

Not sure what you mean here. Do you mean the bookmark works but not all users know how to do it?

If that's the case, there's really not much we can do since the only way to bookmark a page is through the browser itself.

Yes that's what I meant... Ok, I was just trying to see if there was something that could be done to help users bookmark the website. I didn't know if a button or link could have been created to assist users... Thanks

Hey Antonio,

Back in the days when web browsers started with bookmarks, there was scripts around that tries to promote users to bookmark their sites (Netscape was one of them if you remember it) but we are now living in an era where bookmarks are now pretty standard.

In fact, Safari itself does not allow you to simulate bookmarks, you could read more about this at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1141979/javascript-for-add-to-home-screen-on-iphone

If mobile browsers start allowing bookmark prompts to be initiated by javascripts, it's going to start causing advertisers and spammers to massively spam websites with these prompts.
