Hi.
After my recent installation there are a few editing issues. I'll keep them in separate threads and do them one at a time.

This one is about headings. For some reason HEADING 3 turns the text blue. You can even see this in the actual editor - I've attached a screenshot.

Would it be possible to correct this please?

Many thanks.

Geoff
Hello Geoff,

This color is actually being inherited by your editor and not EasyBlog. You will see the same behavior on your Joomla articles as well if you are using TINYMCE.

By the way, do you intend to use JCE or TINYMCE? I noticed in your Joomla articles you are using JCE while in EasyBlog you are using TINYMCE.

Thanks Mark - I'm afraid that's beyond my technical understanding!

Can you fix it for me, or do I need to hire someone?

Many thanks.

Perhaps if you can let us know if you prefer to use the same WYSIWYG editor that you are using on your Joomla articles or do you prefer to use the WYSIWYG editor that is rendered in EasyBlog?

I don't think I've ever tried the Easyblog one then! Makes sense to use yours I guess.
Many thanks.

Hi. Is it possible for you to change my settings over to the Easyblog WYSIWYG editor, or point me in the direction of how to do it myself?
Many thanks.

Ah - I've found the setting where I can change this. Just before I close this thread off, can you please tell me if the built-in easyblog editor is the best one to use? Is this the editor that is recommended?
Many thanks for your help.

Hi there,

can you please tell me if the built-in easyblog editor is the best one to use? Is this the editor that is recommended?

Honestly, for sure i would said built-in easyblog is the because is developed by ours but it is depend on user itself. Some user comfortable to use different composer as they need to put all some sort code and others.

From my point of view, you are using our built-in easyblog composer, it is easier for your site's user in order to compose new blog. It got few feature in order to beautify your blogs even more. Our built-in easyblog composer provide "blocks" feature as you can refer here https://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/composing .

Hope this helps

That's brilliant - thank you so much! I have no idea why my web guy didn't have this setting - I've been struggling for 2 years using the tinymce editor and experiencing all sorts of issues. I didn't even realise it wasn't the built-in composer!

Looking forward to using easyblog as it was meant to be used!

Thanks again.
