Blue and red boxes above the post headline?

Hi guys

I have discovered that there are a blue and red box above the headline to each post. Could you tell what those do?
Hm, those should not appear unless you have associated the post types. Did you set a post type for the discussion?

I haven't don't anything yet. I have just installed a fresh copy of ED 3.2 Beta today and change the template to Flatt and change the login provider to EasySocial.
