Blogs are self publishing

We have been having ongoing issues where Blogs that are set to hold for admin moderation are self approved and published to the web and social media accounts. When I search the IP of the puslished blog, it is often listed as a BingBot or similar. What can I do to prevent my blogs from self publising prior to moderatrion?

Your first step right now is to look into the ACL of EasyBlog. Ensure that only the trusted groups has access to "Publish" group.

Hello. I went to Easy Blog / ACL and saw: On this page, you will be able to assign specific rights for different Joomla User Groups on the site. The access control on this page is different than the access control in Joomla.

The only group that has moderation access is super admin.

Any further guidance?

Hi there,

Maybe you are looking on different ACL's categories. Try check on the categories on which the user have posted and published. Or maybe you can give us your backend access to further check on this issues.
