Blogging from frontend

I would like a registered user to fullfill the task of writing blogs from the frontend; either from a menu item or otherwise..
Now I looked in the menu items but those are only displays of bloggers.
How do I go about in setting that up?

Do you mean that you would like set up a menu item for blog creation page?

If yes, you can actually go to your backend > menu > create a new menu item for "write layout". Check my screenshot below.
