blogger not migrating

I downloaded my xml file for blogger and uploaded into the correct folder, made sure my blogger site was offline and my posts will not import. Any ideas? I click run and I am receiving "finished" with 0 posts. The "migration" button is greyed out too.

Hello Karen ,

Can i have your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you migrate? Please advise.
May i know do i have the permission to delete all the blog post and help you migrate again and see is it got any error causing this migration not run smoothly?
