Process Told
This is the update process told about easyblog from 3.8.14635 and simultaneously joomla migration too
> I have to first update easyblog 3.8.14635 to 3.9.x version
> After installling it - then only i should go on for export of database and installing eb 5x on new site

Process Modified
Can the process be modified it this way
> Export blog Tables from joomla 2.5 to new Joomla 3 site
> Install 3.9.x last version on this new joomla 3 site
> Then reinstall eb 5x latest version on it on this new joomla 3 site

Will it work or any issues in this modified process

Also - an update:
By choosing in with modified process, eb is well able to install 3.9
However when 5x launcher is installed - its stuck and showing Downloading Installation Files.. as failed (as tested on wamp)

Pl guide on process modified and reason of 5x installer failure in downloading files
