Blog toolbar has disappeared from public display after updating from 5.15 to 5.16. Settings all as before when working fine in 5.15. Does show for logged in users still. Any solution other than uninstall / reinstall?

The back end access provided doesn't seem to work. Can you please advise? Also, can you please provide us with the FTP access to the site as well?

The user account that you provided us does not have super admin access and I can't save the acl settings.

Re-saving the ACL for the "Public" group seems to do the trick Toolbar shows up for public users now!

Thanks Mark, as you say that has resolved it now . I had checked the public ACL settings bot didnt try resaving them since they all appeared correct.
Only posted in forum as well as support as early on had message saying support was moving so best to use forum.
