Hi - the ticker module is not responsive and does not work nicely on mobile phones.
Have I done something wrong?
Thanks
Ian
Sorry - I should have said, the ticker is currently hidden on mobiles - I've applied the class 'mobile-hidden' in the advance setting of the ticker module. Please switch this off to see how the ticker works on mobiles.
Thanks
Ian

Hello Ian,

The ftp access is not work for me, can you replace the attached ticker-style.css to /modules/mod_easyblogticker/assets/styles/ticker-style.css.

Hi Mark and Chang - many thanks for your prompt replies - as ever.
The new ticker script seems to be working fine now :-)
I am sorry I gave you the wrong ftp login - the correct one is in site details now.
I have another question to ask about this site.
My client asks if the blog is posting to twitter.com/roberttearle? And if so, does it do so automatically or does he have to do something?
His request suggests this is not happening, although he has not made it clear.
If he posts a long blog, how is this handled by Twitter?
Thanks again for your help,
Ian

hey lan,

Thanks for getting back to us your module ticker issue is working now.

Regarding with your Twitter autoposting question :
>> Yes, when you publish a new post in your site, it will autopost to twitter.com/roberttearle page.
>> If your client post a long content, Twitter tweet only display the post title and the post URL, unless you have post image, it will display an image and post description.

Hi Arlex - thanks for getting back to me.
I've just checked twitter.com/roberttearle and his blogs do not seem to be appearing on this twitter account. Could you check it out for me please?
Best wishes
Ian

hey Ian,

it seems like that Twitter public/secret key is not matched, so I reconfigured again, it should work fine now.

You are most welcome Ian If you still have any issues, please feel free to start a new thread on our forums.

I strongly advise users to split their questions into separate threads in order for us to manage your issues more efficiently. If all your questions are condensed into a single thread, do take note that you will get a slower response simply because different moderators are working on your issues as we do not maintain a "single person single thread".
