You have to download the Easyblog toolbar plugin from http://stackideas.com/downloads/plugins (All Easyblog plugins), then extract it and install `plg_easyblogtoolbar.zip` from your Joomla backend, after enable it, it will show JS toolbar in your Easyblog page.

Hi Arlex. I just want to clarify exactly what I want and wondering if you can tell me what I need.

When I click on my jomsocial profile it's opens and has its own jomsocial toolbar. I would like to add easy blog as a tab in this toolbar and not in the main one at all.

Also if I'm friends with someone on jomsocial I see their status posts in my activity feed. If i add the blog into the jomsocial toolbar will their blog posts show up on my activity feed also or only their status posts?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here and I forgot to describe how the integration work.

Check my screenshot below. if you installed that plugin, it will show the blog menu in Jomsocial toolbar, so that user can very convenience to view their blog post and create a new blog post.

But when you click on the "write entry" link from blog drop down menu, it actually bring you to Easyblog creation page, after you submit a new blog post, it will only appear on JomSocial dashboard wall and your profile wall only.

Hope this time my explanation will help you understand the plugin task.

So in that scenario nobody can follow your blog? Right?

If so what is the use of integrating the blog if nobody can follow it without physically having to click on your jomsocial page and then your blog tab?

Or is there a way to get around that?

Yes, but we do have JomSocial Group Blog and JomSocial Event Blog plugins integration with Jomsocial.

What this 2 purpose is when the user want to create a new blog post in Jomsocial event or group, we have an option "create a new post" under their event or group page drop down menu. Once this post published, it will show at your event/group page.

Thank you for your help. I tried it but I actually prefer the Blog on its own in the normal top toolbar. Ive tried turning off the option in easy blog but the blog is still in the jomsocial toolbar. I can't seem to find the plugin i installed to delete it. Im assuming deleting the plugin will move the blog button back into the normal top toolbar. Can you help?

And i think i accidentally deleted the "User - Easy Blog User plugin" in extension manager. Is there a way to get this back?

Regarding with your first issues, you have to disable this `Easyblog Toolbar` plugin, check my screenshot below.
