Blog Stream Comments to Blog Comments

Question, would it be too difficult to make it so when a Stream is posted as someone makes a comment on EasyBlog and if someone Comments in ES on that EB Stream Comment, could it sync back to the EB Article Comment section

(Let me know if I need to reword that lol)

For example: http://puu.sh/9jBFE/aef07a89d8.png

Caddie's comment in that stream should kick back to the EasyBlog Article Comment section so that the conversations don't get split.

Do you think it would be possible for me to do something like

if es-stream-content == stream-blog
data-stream-action-comments = display:none;
else
data-stream-action-comments = display:block;
