I have set up a pretty good looking blog but now I would like to set up a blog roll to help drive traffic to the site. From my understanding the blog roll is a list of links in the sidebar that are recommended by the blogger. How would I go about setting up this blog roll?

You should actually just create a custom HTML module for this It's much easier. By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site.
