No you are not missing something. But our members are magical to create a post without a title. I have no clue how this can happen, but it does. Something goes haywire under some condition. I cannot tell you how this is done either, but it is disturbing.

I see. Unfortunately we could not determine the root of the issue without a definite way of replicating this.

I would suggest that if you experience the issue again, perhaps you can ask the author of the post how he/she created the blog post along with the steps and let us know.

Also, if the problematic post is published, you can unpublish it first without deleting it and let us know which post has the issue so we can examine that specific post.
