Having same issue as the diamond business site on this site as well. Except they do not have the plugin that you said was conflicting on the other site. We need to know what the issue is that's causing this not to work, as we are having this issue on multiple sites.

hey Justin,

I've tested in your site , it seems work fine for me.

What I test is start a new post > save as draft > click preview from backend > it show the preview page in frontpage, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

Hi there,

I have tried and it seem to work fine. Maybe you do not enable the pop-out window for your browser or after you click "Preview Post".

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

Regarding with your first video :
I believe your current browser already blocked your site auto pop up feature when you click preview button from the composer. If you using chrome browser, you can manage to add which website you allow to show auto pop up. You can refer on my attached screenshot below.

Regarding with your second video :
Regarding that error is because you didn't login from frontend, so system detected guest user is viewing the preview post and show the error. because by default guest user do not have permission to view the preview post. In other word, you have to login from your frontend in order do make your preview work.

I was having this exact same issue, and I found this thread.

I can confirm that for me the primary issue was the pop-up blocker. From there the front-end login got me to a preview of sorts.

Now the only problem is that my preview has everything but the content! I'll make a new thread about it.
