blog post entry view comment count

Hi,

At the top of the entry view, the total of comments is shown thanks to <span data-comment-counter><?php echo $blog->totalComments;?></span>

I checked the blog model file but could not find which query generates this for the entry view.

Could you tell me where I can find this query?

(I want to modify it in order to show only parent answers in the count and not replies)
The file located at JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/models/comment.php (getCount() function)
