Blog menu title on every post

Hi there!

I have just figured out that every post on my blog has the menu item title added at the end of the post title.

My Easyblog is here: https://www.panequeasesores.com/blog

Showing a title on the browser like this: Blog para emprendedores, autónomos, empresas y particulares

If I go to any post (for instance, https://www.panequeasesores.com/blog/quieres-saber-todo-lo-que-hacemos-por-nuestros-clientes) , the browser will show this title:

¿Quieres saber todo lo que hacemos por nuestros clientes? - Blog para emprendedores, autónomos, empresas y particulares

As you can notice, the system adds the menu title making posts titles too long.

I have been checking under Joomla General settings, EasyBlog settings and EasyBlog SEO not been able to get the behaviour I want, that is getting rid of the added title to every post.

Any help?

I am sorry for the late reply.
If I understand you correctly, you want to change the page title of the blog entry isn't? Here I have attached to you a file, download it and please put it in your site here: \components\com_easyblog\views\entry\view.html.php . Please do backup the original file before overriding it with this file so that you can revert back to the original if you wish to. Please give this a try and see if this suits your need. If this not the issue or doesn't suit you, can you explain more what do you trying to achieved so that we can assist you on this issue?

Sorry for late reply to this,
Correct me if i getting wrong your meaning here, do you mean that you would like to get rid of the blog header title right?
If yes, it seems like you already did it, because I have checked in your site, the blog header title not appeared in your site now. Please advise.

Hi Ariex,

I haven't explained well

When I say title I refer to the title displayed on the browser tab or search engines results.

If you check both of the screenshots I have attached you'll see where I want to change the appearance of the titles.

Brilliant! It works like a charm!
I can imagine that after an update I will be facing the same issue so I have copied the file to use it in the future.
Do you think it will be possible in the next future to add an option supporting this feature? Long titles are not good for SEO.

Thanks for your complement. Yes, you should backup this file since this is a customization in which this customization will be override by the latest file when updating EasyBlog. Thanks for your suggestion. I will forward this suggestion to our developers and see how it goes. Glad to hear your issue have been resolved.
