Hi. There's a simple answer to this I am sure, but I cannot find a "fix" in the documentation or otherwise figure it out.

Some of my blog articles are all of a sudden displaying what I think is a blank Post Cover image at the start of the blog. Please refer https://www.hrsuccess.com.au/eblog/what-culture-is-your-behaviour-producing as an example. I have tried to manipulate the Post Cover settings but have not yet had success.

Curiously, the problem doesn't seem to occur in those blog posts that have a "Reading time" entry at the start of the blog (eg. https://www.hrsuccess.com.au/eblog/hr-q-a-how-do-i-know-which-award-applies-common-compliance-risks-part-1-determining-award-coverage-and-classifications). Adding the "Reading time" entry may well solve the problem above, but I cannot figure out how to add it to those blogs that do not have it.

As I say, I suspect there is a simple answer, but I am an infrequent user, so help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Hello Greg,

I highly doubt that this is an issue with the reading time because reading time does not dictate if a placeholder image is shown or not. It is most likely that there is something not right with this particular post.

We need to take a look at your current setup and / or edit the post to troubleshoot this. Is it possible for you to provide us with the access to the site to look into this?

Thanks. I'm fine to provide access but not sure how I do that now, given that I didn't select that when I opened the ticket? Should I open a new ticket, as I also did not select this ticket as a private post. Please advise. Also FYI, the problem is occuring on multiple blog articles.

Hello Greg,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You can add your site access by editing the post or alternatively add it in https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site

If this is a bug, we will include a fix into the core, but if it is a problem with the content, we are only able to provide support for 1 domain only because standard license includes support of up to 1 domain only.

Should you require support on multiple domains, please consider upgrading to the Developer license.

Thank you for your response, I'm fine if this needs to wait another 24hrs or so (it's the weekend here in Australia as well). I have added my site details including admin username and password to the dashboard. I'm not sure what the FTP info you require is (I'm not that technical), though if you need it I should be able to get the guy who did my website to help me tomorrow. Please let me know if you need those details.

I only have 1 domain using EasyBlog.

Many thanks,
Greg

Hello Greg,

Thanks for getting back to me on this. After inspecting your current setup, it looks like you have configured the category "Leadership, Culture & Engagement" to render a placeholder and also hide the reading time, https://take.ms/KFTr5

I have disabled the place holder and enabled the reading time for this category. The post will now appear correctly

That's great thank you. I did edit my categories recently, but as I said I'm not a frequent user, so got a bit lost!

Appreciate the timely help, thank you.
