OK. So, using the Vintage theme, I have the attached post. The image size is 900x500, and it is a .jpeg. When I share via LinkedIn or FB, no image is scraped, other than my avatar, which is cropped in an ugly manner. I've also attached my theme image settings.

1. What am I missing that would allow the image on the blog post to be scraped, please, and;
2. Which position is scraped?

Thank you
hi Sam,

Can you try copy that blog post URL and check from Facebook debugging tool and see what is the result?

Also, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?

Got it. Was able to share on FB once I logged in to my personal page first, and then selected "Post on a page you manage."

LinkedIn, however isn't working at the moment: do you have the tool for that?

Hi Sam,

I am sorry for the late reply.
As far as I know, LinkedIn do not yet have the debugger tools.

By the way, regarding your LinkedIn issue, can you please follow these steps in debugging your LinkedIn apps?
LinkedIn
1. Edit your LinkedIn application.
2. Check Website URL, and JavaScript API Domains make sure they are the same as your site domain (http://www.yoursite.com and http://yoursite.com make a big difference)
3. Revoke and regenerate OAuth Keys
3.5. rw_nus must be checked
4. Go to the EasyBlog -> Autoposting -> Advanced Settings page and revoke the access.
5. Go though the EasyBlog -> Autoposting -> Step by step guide and re-enter the new keys and reauthenticate the LinkedIn access.

Please do check this: Link

If this issue is still persist, please provide us with backend access, FTP access and LinkedIn access so that we can further assist you on this issue.

Please advise.

I use ShareThis. I attempted your steps.

There are two issues I face here: 1) The site icon overlaps the picture borders. And 2) The entry page image doesn't appear, which I think is the most important to be resolved. I appreciate your help.

HI Sam,

I am sorry as I a little bit lost here. What do you mean by:
1) The site icon overlaps the picture borders.
2) The entry page image doesn't appear, which I think is the most important to be resolved. I appreciate your help.

Can you kindly explain more so that we can understand you better.

Please see attachment. The image associated with the blog post does not appear when sharing on LinkedIn. My site uses Community Builder avatars for the author image. That image is blown up so that only a portion of the image appears. Imagine seeing only the nose of a face picture, and a big one at that. I tried modifying the CB avatar to include a lot of white space, but that didn't work.

HI Sam,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I cannot see any attachment on your previous reply. However, I did try to share this to my LinkedIn and here is my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/theBxqLeKHlm and http://screencast.com/t/Fs2r0MI2t4 . Am I missing anything here? Can you please send the attachment again so that we can have a better look on this issue?

Please advise.

Now it works. I don't understand what in the caching chain allows this ghost in my machine.
