The images for our blog posts are randomly dropping off the site.
Hi Dominic,
Do you remember making any changes in the site recently that may bring about these changes?

Also, can you provide us your backend and ftp access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can help you investigate this issue? Thanks.

We recently updated our blog platform to the newest version of easyblog, but when the update was complete all of the images were being hosted.

I have to VPN into our web server before I am able to access it via FTP. How do you deal with that?

Is it possible to do a conference call to go over things? I am not sure my security team is going to allow me to give out VPN access.

Hey Dominic,
Before I can answer your question, I would like to confirm something.

After getting a second opinion from my colleague, it's possible that I misunderstood your main issue. So I would like to reconfirm your issue, when you say images are randomly dropping off the site, do you mean that the height of the images are not in line/different heights? Or do you mean the blog images are not correct/previously has real image and suddenly gone missing?
Refer link for reference.

If the issue is with the height, this can be fixed by applying some css codes. If it's the other issue(cover image missing from the post), then this requires more thorough investigating.
Let us know so we can get a confirmation on the issue, thanks.

hey Dominic,

Thanks for getting back to us, regarding with your issue we actually need your FTP to troubleshoot this issue.

I have to VPN into our web server before I am able to access it via FTP. How do you deal with that?

Is it possible to do a conference call to go over things? I am not sure my security team is going to allow me to give out VPN access.

May i know do you have ask your security team regarding this yet whether can provide us with your VPN access?
If yes, it would be best if you can provide us some instruction how to connect with your VPN.

Regarding the conference call, we afraid that difficult for both of us to make it is because when I received your reply from this thread is around our midnight here 1.32am.

It would be best if you can make it our official support hours are from 10AM — 7PM Monday to Friday (GMT +8) Malaysia, so we can use Teamviewer remote desktop to do troubleshoot on your site.
