yes, there is a setting for that. please check in your easyblog backend at templates -> then click on the template you're using.
in the now opening new page you should see lots of settings related to your design, at the left side there's a box called "Image Display Settings" with two options. http://screencast.com/t/cyB8jcytuV

"Show blog image on frontpage view" - if set to yes the blog image will appear on the frontpage and "Show blog image on entry view" - when you set this to yes as well it should bring up your pic in the post itself.

Both of these are set to yes but as you can see the image is still not appearing in the entry view.
