Hello There,
Every thing was working fine
I upgraded to Easyblog 5 and checked my blog page and found that it was broken
Here is the link for it
http://www.communities.cafh.org/test/index.php/blog
This is front page of blog. there are so many js errors on this page,
I have a big problem now
I want to downgrade it to previous version so that its gets in stable state quick

Please help me in getting it back to stable state
Please let me know what to do

Thanks
Hello Belinda,

I've checked your site and seems like you are using an outdated Easyblog Latest Post module. You might want to select this module when you were installing Easyblog 5 as it will install the latest module that compatible with Easyblog 5. I've temporary disabled the module for you: http://screencast.com/t/fzLJiDJJBONG . Please have a look.

Hey Belinda,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello Belinda,

You can provide it in the Site Details below the reply form. Only support team will be able to view it. We need your access to troubleshoot your frontpage issue. We will fix it if it is came from our component.

Alright

Yes after i upgraded it, frontpage broke
Also please document the changes performed because live is also facing the same issue.

Please check I have provided the details, under site details
Please make sure that there is no disturbance to other folder as there are other live sites there
Please ask before taking any major step, just don't want to disturb other working things there

Please let me know

Thanks

Thanks a lot
that did the trick.

"You might want to select this module when you were installing Easyblog 5 as it will install the latest module that compatible with Easyblog 5."
Well I selected all the modules and plugins during installation, and it gave success during module and plugin installation as well.

If its not the updated one than how can we get and install the updated one?

Please let me know.

Thanks

Hey Belinda,

All you need to do is to re-run the installation process again Anyway I think the issue here was probably because of the upgrade from 3.9 but it should be good now
