Blog Format Setting

I am in a blog editing it and I go to click on the Blog Format menu option on the right hand side and nothing opens. It doesn't give me anything to change or edit. See the screen shot I took. Shouldn't there be options that drop down for me to edit?

Unfortunately, I can't. Our website is currently in production and with a website company being edited. I have pushed my question out to them to see if they can answer it.
