Blog entry is not publishing

Hi guys,
When I press save on my Blog entry, I get a strange icon under the published column:


What is that even mean??

The icon means your blog post is in pending state. This is due to you have not set to publish immediately: http://screencast.com/t/gGmPYHGZj8J . If you've already set it to immediately, but still it is not published, you can provide us your backend and FTP access so we can check this out for you. Please advise.
