Hi SI Team

I just updated to the latest EB version.
Two things I am noticing.

a) There is something weird happening to the cover images:

http://finalbug.net/blog/entry/547-fcp-x-subtitles-the-missing-webinars-02

Please see the screen shot.

b) Whilst I love the idea of splitting a Blog post into pages… I need more control.

e.g. the first article linked above is split into 9 pages!
How/where can I adjust the length of these pages?
e.g. instead of 9 pages 3 pages?

thanks

Paul
Hey there Paul,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Those are actually the Page Break block. It breaks pages into smaller pages into something resembling a book (hence the pages and the table of contents). You can see where the page break happens here http://screencast.com/t/MmbkTbBa7T and here http://screencast.com/t/MjnRSJQHV

I've already removed the Page Break blocks from your article.

Hey Paul,

The reason the layout is messy is because you are using the pagebreak and a blog image. To fix this, you can add the block of css codes below,

I am not too sure what you mean by more control of splitting pages.

Hi Mark

Thanks for the quick fix.
I added the code that you posted above to my custom css file and it does the trick.

Please see the screen shot below.
The articles are divided into pages.
Is this a new feature?

I have never seen it before.
it suddenly appeared after I updated.

How can I switch this off/configure it???

thanks

Paul

Hi Syazwan

Thanks for this.

The weird thing is that I have being using page breaks to add gapes in Blog posts since EB 5 came out.
i.e. those page breaks have been there for months but only now break article into pages!!!
But for what ever reason they only worked as they were meant to work after the latest update.
I will need to go back and re edit some more articles but thanks all the same.

FYI this is also related to this issue here which has now also been solved:

best
