I was finally able to try it and I can know comment and can add emoticons. But, cannot add images to the comments.There are no errors in Chrome's Developer Tools. Clicking on the camera icon does nothing. (blog-comment-support1.PNG)

When editing a comment, the camera icon is gone. (blog-comment-support2.PNG)

I would think that expected behavior would be that you could add an image when creating and editing. And, that adding an image would bring a media window where you could select image or upload a new one.
