Blog Backup and restore to another site without loosing any links or hits

Hi Folks,

Is there anyway of backing up the entire easyblog install to another site as, I am busy upgrading to joomla 2.5. I need to restore easyblog to another site without loosing any tweet adds or other external links?
I can not believe, that such a "wonderful" system provides NOT such a simple feature of XML Backup and Restore.
This is really a annoying. :-(

Please inform me, if there are any BIG news on this small feature.

Hello Joachim,

Noted but you don't really need to have to backup using EasyBlog as you can already backup your database through phpmyadmin . We'll see what we can do in the future
