Blog App Post - Image width

We had the image width previously set to be the full width of the stream post, but after our upgrade to 1.4.1 and the updating of the Blog App for ES the image is now back to a small square version.

See screenshot.

Could you please assist us to get it back to always post a full width image to the stream?

We would also like that video is also posted to display in full width in the stream.

I remember this is only hack for you last time, may i know do you have backup those modified file before you update?
