Blog App - Notification Setting format

There seems to be a formatting issue with the EasySocial blog app Notification settings page. I have a module in the right sidebar of this page so I am not sure if this is contributing to the formatting issue. When visiting the other Notification settings, they look fine. See attached pictures comparing the settings for video and blog.

There also seems to be a language string missing too.

Please add this CSS hack to your own Joomla template custom.css
div#fd.es .btn-group-yesno {

    width: 90px;

}


I already pushed this to our own development repo.
