Problem:
Some users want there Easy Social profile deleted because the show up too good inthe Google search results.

Question:
Could I block all Easy Social (profile) pages from Google indexing or even better block those profiles that want to be hidden in Google?
Hello Frank,

Unfortunately you can't but if they set their privacy to view their profile to "registered members only", I don't think any information will be visible to Google since it wouldn't be able to access the contents.

Thank you Mark, That helped me out. I did set the profile to be visable to registered users only.
You still see a small profile image and user name if you are not registered (like Google) but very basic and no further details.

Non of that would seem to be better and more logical but this might be enough for users wanting more privacy.

Hello Frank,

Yep, I guess this is the way to go because there's no way to "pre-determine" which user wants to allow Google to index their profile.
