I have created 30 groups that have addressfield, therefore they show up on my third party map (geommunity) but once my users start using my site and start making their own groups I dont want their groups also showing up on my map. So what are the ways to keep this from happening.
Hey Jamar,

I am afraid we would not be able to assist you on this. You should try to contact the author of Geomunnity and see if they allow you to filter specific users from specific groups only.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. Hm, I don't really understand you here. What do you mean by not having an address field but made yourself an address field?

If you do not want your users to enter their address, you should remove the address custom field from the profile type. This has nothing to do with Groups. Go to your profile types at the back end of EasySocial, then click on the profile type and then Custom fields.

You can remove the address field here.

Hello Jamar,

I'm sorry, I'm a bit lost here. Did you mean, you want to restrict address field when your user creating a group? If so, you can remove the address field in the one of the group category at the backend and only allow the user to create a group in that category: http://screencast.com/t/UlrLqOjfmq . Hope this helps.
