If you have created user before app created then it will not work for them, please try with new user who has filled some of the details.

I have checked this issue and found that your are using Skip Free plugin , so in that case invoice confirm page will not show to user's so they can't be able to fill the user detail, that's it's not working.

Please try after disabling skip free plugin and update me.

Hi Manisha, but the problem is that i have 3 groups of user, and i've created 2 instances for them in User details app, so while i did'nt affect an instance to a group, it still displays blank tokens related to another groups. Thanks

I checked your scenario, If you add token in custom content then it will not work because these details are for specific user's.
But your requirement will be fulfilled by template overriding. I'll provide you the solution how to override the template.

Ok thank you Manisha, now i've solved most of my problems, and my concern is about to customize and override the invoice. For that, i've following some recommandations found in the knowledge base and i've duplicate the default_pdfcontent.php in :

/ROOT_FOLDER/templates/MY_TEMPLATE/html/com_payplans/_plg/pdfinvoice/default_pdfcontent.php

that seems working fine. But now i wondering how to make downloaded invoice and invoice sent by email similar to on screen invoice? And if i want to override them, which file should i copy

You need to override this template for administrator also.
Here is the path : ROOT/administrator/templates/[my template]/html/com_payplans/_plg/payplans/pdfinvoice/default_pdfcontent.php
