Hello i just sent you an email but i don't know if you received, so i try open a ticket.
In the settings of easysocial of my site, there is a section named "search indexer", after selecting all items i push "Index items button", from that moment my site is not available.
For your help i open new admin user:
user xxx
password xxx

http://www.sharinglook.com/administrator

Please could you kindly check what's happend?
Now site is blank and homepage doesn' appear, it's very strange.
Thank you in advance for your support
Salvatore
Hello salvatore,

Do not post your user/pass in the main post, use the fields below so that only support team could view it.
Please set the backend access to administrator privilege. I could not access your global configuration with the current access.

Thanks

Hello for your convenience, i tried to make new home setting as new, now it shows the following errors "Strict Standards: Non-static method igTreeHelper::getParentPath() should not be called statically in /home/shari038/public_html/components/com_igallery/router.php on line 27

Strict Standards: Non-static method igTreeHelper::buildParentPath() should not be called statically in /home/shari038/public_html/administrator/components/com_igallery/helpers/tree.php on line 135"
What do you think it's happen?

Hello Salvatore,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I tried to access the front end at http://www.sharinglook.com/index.php/en/social and the page seems to load up fine for me. Did you modified anything?
