Hi,

I need your appreciated help I'm encountering blank white pages when

1- i view "all user page" in front end
2- when i save profile type in backend

I am sorry for the late reply.
I unable to replicate this issue on your site. Here is my screenshot: http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-20_1922.png . I also have ask my colleague to test this and he also can view all user without blank page.

I am really sorry. Please advise.

We have release a new version of EasySocial. Can you try update EasySocial to the latest? Please update us back on this issue.

Hi mohd,

this is the first time i update easyosocial, does the backend automatic update install the component again and my changes to files will be gone or it only patches the old version with only the modified files.

is there a patch?

Hello Muhanad,

If you update through the updater, the files in EasySocial will be updated as well. It's pretty similar like how you install a new / upgrade the extension

What / which files have you modified?

Hi Muhanad,

I am sorry as I unable to replicate this issue. Perhaps there is cache on your site or your browser. Can you please clear the caches and test this again.

I did clear the cache, but not sure why this is happening on my site. I left the details so maybe you can take a look.
