After a while troubleshoot this issue, seems like I've hit the error below:

Seems like some of the files is missing. Can I have a permission to re-install your EasySocial to the latest?
Apart from that, the FTP access you've given above, I cannot get into /administrator , /components etc directories

p/s: re-installation process will effected the customization in the EasySocial core file, if you make any customization in core file (EasySocial) you're suggested to make a backup beforehand

Sure, you have permission to reinstall EasySocial. I also have Updatet FTP Access Info.

Hi Jean-Marc Burri,

Seems like this one of the apps in the stream (File) caused the issue where there are missing params in the table.
I've temporarily disable the File- user apps and it could be working now.
In order to fix this I need your phpMyadmin so we can debug this further.

Seems the phpMyAdmin login credential is not working

My Bad wrong password, please check again I changed password in Details.

Super, everything is working like a charm agin. Was this someones fault or just a bug?
