Hello. I'm using the following:

- Joomla 3.9.2
- Payplans 3.7
- PHP 7.1.25

I'm got a blank page on the front and backend (500 error) when I upgraded to Payplans 4.0 using the full package. I could not access the site and had to restore the site from my Cpanel.

Please advise.
Hey Dexter,

Do you have any staging/development site currently? If you have that, is it possible for you to provide us with your development site backend and FTP access so we can try upgrade it from there and see what is the issue caused this 500 error?

If that is the case, can you check this transition docs under deprecated app/payment gateway section and see whether you have still using it from your current site?

https://stackideas.com/docs/payplans/administrators/welcome/transition-to-payplans-4#deprecatedpaymentgateways

Because we need to know this then only can help you perform the upgrade to 4.0.

Looking forward of your response.

Out of that list I'm only using Multi-login restriction. I also customized K2 Item Access Control app.

That good, I will perform an upgrade to Payplans 4.0 on your site.

Can you update your current FTP user account to have permission to access your Joomla root folder? In case I need to modify the Payplans core file and troubleshoot that 500 error.

You can check my attached screenshot below this is what i mean currently only can able to access 3 folders.

Thanks, I've help you upgraded to Payplans 4.0, then it hitting this error :

Fatal error: Class 'XiPlugin' not found in xxx/plugins/payplans/affiliatetracker/affiliatetracker.php on line 15

It seems like this 'PayPlans - Affiliate Tracker' 3rd party plugin is not compatible with Payplans 4.0, so I've renamed this plugin folder from JoomlaFolder/plugins/payplans/affiliatetracker_ , so you can access your site now.

Can you report this plugin provider regarding this if you still want to use this plugin on your site.

You can ask them refer one of our Payplans core plugins code structure.

Also can you check and see whether everything is work fine?

Issues:

1. "Create an account" link in Joomla does not redirect to plans.
2. "Plan" url is not friendly and does not seem to be compatible with SH404SEF like the previous version
3. When clicking the subscribe button: "Not Found
The requested URL /plan/plan.subscribe was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I'm going to back up and restore the site for now.

Another issue is the plans css doesn’t match my template.

Maybe you can provide us some screenshot which plan CSS you would like to modify so we can provide you some custom css to solve this, but this have to wait for Payplans 4.0.2 version.

I will keep you update once we release another new version.
