I have apply some fix on your site and it should be working correctly now.

I've had this kind of compatibility issues several times before, is this due to Joomla 2.5? Do you know what percentage of your customers are still on Joomla 2.5?

I planned to upgrade to Joomla 3.4 but this is quite a lot of work and will take some time...

Hello, I am experiencing the exact same issue. Profile Types changes will not save. Instead I get a blank screen when I hit the save button.
I tried editing the information in my php admin but it's difficult.

Could you please assist me?

Try download that attachment file provided by Altitudes
And replace in your JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/controllers/profiles.php
