Blank page opens when I try to write new blog

Greetings

Just installed the latest easyblog version and all seemed to go okay though when I go to create a new blog a white screen pops up.

Any ideas / suggestions

Hey Chris,

I have checked your site and for some reason there is no "default" categories on the site. Can I know which version did you upgraded from? I have set a default category for your site and it works fine now

Thanks for your help your a star. It was an old version but I did delete all and start again with the new launcher.
