Sorry for late reply to this,
Can you set error_reporting to Maximum from your backend > global configuration and see what error are you hitting when you access your Easyblog setting ?
Also, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

I have checked in your site, it seems like when you access on this Easyblog setting page, it shown this erro.


Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /var/www/html/libraries/phputf8/utils/unicode.php on line 208

Can you try consult with your Webhosting provider to help you increase the Memory_size to 256, and see how it goes.
