Hi.
I'm using latest version of Komento in a Jooma 3.2 installation.

After every comment (that is displayed properly in streaming ) if I move to another page of my site, or if reloading the same, i get
""NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.html" (i replace the original url with x)

This error happens both for the comments of registered users for those guest user

any suggestions?
Hi,

I'm really sorry for this.

We are preparing the release of Komento 1.7.2 in a few hours that will address all these issues.

Maiby I send you a wrong password and user.
Try Now whit the new psw.

There's a Know issue whit komento and JFBConnect?
When th site crash to blank page the only way to resume the site in disable all Komento and JFBConent component/plug-in, clear the site cache and reload the page.
After this I can anable all component/plug-in and all work fine until the next comment is posted.

PS: The Komento Component is used on BLOG site page.

Hello Giancarlo,

I've checked your site and seems like your memory size has exhausted. Can you please increase the memory limit and see how it goes?

The PHP server memory limit on my server is set up to 48Mb and I can't modify that....

The only other way I know is to enter directly into the php file that generate the errore the instruction
ini_set(“memory_limit”,”64M”);
but i don't know what is that script.

Really 48Mbyte memory limit is too low for Komento component?

Hi,

It is very hard to say whether 48M memory is enough or not. While performing tests on local, 32M is enough because our environment does not have extra modules/plugins to process but when used in production environment, you have to take all other modules/plugins/elements and component on your page into account as they all takes up memory as well.
