hello!
I have a couple of issues:
I will like to have the login module on the right side as in the demo, such that when login, it should change to the navitation module. I can't figure out how to do that. I do not have any navigation module. Or is it some other module that is posted there? If so, which one? I will be very grateful for any help with this.

Secondly, when i try to view the profile of any of my members, it shows as in screenshot.

Thirdly, the comitchat, when i click on an online member, the chat window does not show (all minimized) and can't open. Moreover, the site freezes for a while.

Many thanks
Hi Alexandre,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. Please find my answers from your inquiries below.

You need to use both login module and easysocial menu module and set the login module to only appear for non-registered user. After the user has logged-in, easysocial menu module will automatically appear just like in our demo site.

Secondly, when i try to view the profile of any of my members, it shows as in screenshot.

It seems like the whole page is overlay by the following apps, Recommend friends. As soon as I disable the apps from your backend > easysocial > applications, everything is displayed correctly. You need to consult with techjoomla developers regarding on the issue here as the apps was made by them.

Thirdly, the comitchat, when i click on an online member, the chat window does not show (all minimized) and can't open. Moreover, the site freezes for a while.

I'm afraid there is nothing that we can do to help you with the issue here as the chat components is not made by us . You need to consult with cometchat developers so they will be able to assist you directly with the issue.

Hope these help.

Many thank for the reply.

Is it the easysocial login module or the simple joomla login module?

I did this in the past but have forgotten. Sorry. Bu how do I set the access level to un-registered users? To set it for registered users is straight forward. Please kindly help me.

On the other hand, in which access level should the easysocial menu module be published?

We use EasySocial login module for our demo page.

how do I set the access level to un-registered users? To set it for registered users is straight forward. Please kindly help me.

You need to turn off the following options inside the module, http://screencast.com/t/K3W4YqMB7 so that the module will not appear to registered user.

On the other hand, in which access level should the easysocial menu module be published?

You can either set it to public or registered user since the module will only appear to registered user only.
