Hi there,

When a user updates his ES profile, he gets the following message:

"There are some fields that you cannot leave blank. Please fill the highlighted fields before you proceed."

However, the fields ARE filled and ARE saved. Any suggestions for making this error message go away?

Thank you!

James
Hello James.

Can you provide us with joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?

Thanks, Izzan. I have attached a video sent to me by the user who is having this problem. We have upgraded to the latest version of ES and unfortunately the problem is still there. He gets the error: "There are some fields that you cannot leave blank. Please fill the highlighted fields before you proceed."

I have included my FTP details below as well as the name and user number of the affected account. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Thank you,

James

Hi Arlex,

Ok, I have included the URLs in the "Site Details: Optional Information" below (there are now two videos showing the user experiencing the error).

Thank you for any suggestions on this issue,

Hi JH,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

This is what I hitting the permission denied message when I access you provided that video link.
Permission Denied

Sorry, there is no video here.
Either it was deleted or it never existed in the first place. Such are the mysteries of the Internet.

Can you provide us with your "Mark Luongo" user login credential so I can directly go to his edit profile and see is it getting the same issues ?

Hello James,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have tried to login with "MarkLuongo"'s account and upon hitting the save button, it works fine without hitting any errors. Not really sure how to reproduce this error.

Take a look at my screen shot here (After hitting the save button), http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-05-17_1708.png

Thanks for looking into this, Mark. I really appreciate it! I will check again with the user and share this screenshot with him. Maybe it's a cache problem on the user's side?

Thanks again,

James
