Hello,

I've installed Bitpay payment gateways and I have an active Bitpay account.
I try to use it for payment but I receive an error:
COM_PAYPLANS_LOGGER_PAYMENT_INVALID_DATA(63147)
error type=unauthorized
message=invalid+api+key

Maybe the Bitpay interface has changed in last weeks so the documentationis not up to date and I do not understand if I configure API token in the right way. Now I configured "Legacy API Keys"

Can you please confirm that the Bitpay APP still working properly and how I can configure API token in Bitpay account?

Hello,

You have to generate this key by logging in to your Bitpay merchant account. Go to Dashboard -> MyAccount -> API Access Keys for getting the API keys. Once you fill the API key then save it.

Please generate the keys in this way and try to complete payment, update me if still issue persist.

Hello,

I go to dashboard and then click on payment tool. So I can see two different link for API (under integration resources):

Manage API Tokens: Add, revoke, or modify BitPay API access tokens.
and
Legacy API Keys Add or remove keys for the legacy v1 API.

Which kind of API do you use?
I guess V1 but I'm not sure.

I've created V1 API and receive an error as explained before.

Hello,

have you modify something?
Because now it seems to work properyl.

I ask to my provider to remove caching on ngix, maybe this solve the issue.
