There is no setting to configure this. If you really want to change it, you have to modify a core file.

Hello Raymond, thank you for your answer. I was already looking around all files of the module, but it did not seem as easy, just to search for a 7 and replace it with 14. Do you have a little hint, where to change this?

You may refer to the following file, under the getUpcomingBirthdays function(attached).
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/models/users.php

Do note that if you modify this function, the change will not only apply to the module, but also to other places that retrieves upcoming birthdays, like widgets.

Also, changes in core files are not protected during installation/update.
