Birthdays Acting Weird After Update

Ok today all of the sudden upcoming birthdays is showing members birthdays that aren't even today or close to today and when you go to someones profile it isn't displaying their birthday. I haven't changed any setting this just happened after updating easy social. Any clue what is going on?

I just registered with a regular user account instead of using my super user account. And with that account the birthday app isn't even showing up. And same thing with birthday not showing on profile page.

I've fixed the birthday issue for you. Please have a look. As for the Announcement, you can use our feature to broadcast it all registered user when they logged in to the site: http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-19_1403-1.png . Hope this helps.

Nick I have two issues going on, on the site. Mark emailed me this morning too and I gave him the backend info. I don't use an FTP on the site. If you need the backend info too I can email it to you.

Hello Kenny,

I've tried to resave all the members that their name listed in the today's birthday, and it has fixed the issue. Please have a look. And also the birthday is displayed in their profile.

I am assuming they didn't put their real birthdays because everyone on the list now has a birthday of January 17, 2015? And, some profiles like my own aren't showing birthdays when you go to the profile page.

here is another odd thing I know one member Steve Neill's correct birthday so i went to fix it. When i put in his birthday March 5, 1952 and save it it shows March 4, 1952 on his profile. So I went back in and made his birthday March 6, 1952 and the correct date of March 5, 1952 then shows on his profile.

Ok I noticed if I update a birthday it will show up on their profile. I can just make an announcement for everyone to update their birthday to resolve the birthday not showing up on their profile page. But, if you look at my profile in the backend it is designated as August 7 and on my prifle it is showing August 6.

Thanks for the help Nik. My birthday and others are good I am going to make the announcement. The only thing is I am looking at the site and the birthday application isn't in the side bar. I looked in the backend the app is on but not showing in the frontend.

Hi Kenny,

I believe by default the birthday apps will hides. It only appear when there is upcoming birthday. You can test this by changing the birthday for your friends to today's date or between 7 days interval.

I did that and changed a few to 1/19 1/23 and 1/24 and it worked thank you!
