Birthday Year Privacy Issue.

Actually I have put "Only Me" Privacy option for Birth Year. 5n it is not displaying the year in Profile>About page.

But the issue is.. It displays the Age in User Profile> INTRODUCTION Area. Which means people quickly can guess the year using it..Isn't it? I feel like it is a bug.
If the Year Privacy is ONLY ME, then It should not show the Age as well.
