Currently there is no option to shorten the biography text from the bloggers listing at your EasyBlog backend. You might need to customise the theme file so that EasyBlog will shorten the text. Try download the attached default.php file and copy the file to folder 'JOOMLA/administrator/components/com_easyblog/themes/default/bloggers/' and replace the existing 'default.php' with the attached one. Remember to backup your original file before you overwrite with the attached customised version.
