Big, fat and green "Ask a question" button

Hi!

Using EasyDiscuss 4.0.11 (latest).
Wireframe theme.

How can I get the big, fat "Ask a Question" button back? As it is now it is just showing as a small icon in the toolbar.

Also, we would like to use our system as a support ticketing system (like this/your site). Is this possible, and do you have any guides to configure like you have done for this system?
We do not render that button style any longer as it now rides on the bootstrap button. If you want to customize the button, you could edit the ask module template file in /modules/mod_easydiscuss_ask/tmpl/default.php

We didn't really configure much in EasyDiscuss to use this as our support. We only turned on the option "Enable Q&A" in EasyDiscuss.
