I never can see history log in beta.
Maybe there is no one.
I get this error.

The changelog is not available for "RC" or "beta" releases unfortunately

I noticed these errors as well and found them rather strange.

If there are no plans to ever show the change log in a beta, the links for the changelog should be removed (for the beta). If it's a lot of work to remove the links, I know how to remove them via CSS. I know we would not want the beta download links affected.
