Sorry for late reply to this,
First you shouldn't drop your Easyblog table if you didn't backup. If you're not migrate the Easyblog table from old Joomla site to New Joomla site, you shouldn't drop your Easyblog table.

What the best way to re-install the Easyblog is you have to uninstall the Easyblog component from your backend > Extension manager > manager > easyblog > uninstall
Then make sure all the com_easyblog folder is it all deleted from your Joomla root folder, if still remaining some of com_easyblog file, try to rename it, then re-install the Easyblog from Joomla backend > Extension manager, hope this help.
